After you finished the first portion of the project, a careful examination by our advisors observed no problems with any of the above issues. They said It was especially helpful that you brought in high quality, heavy duty equipment in a timely manner to reduce the moisture as fast as possible. Moisture readings, some of which were made by your workers, were the same throughout the structure. You made us aware that there were possibilities that may have to be addressed. These included staining and discoloration, separation of the floor from the concrete slab, warpage and reducing the moisture level to avoid the possibility of future microbial growth.
